Renovation & General Contracting
Home renovation, priced by the person who sells the house
Kitchen and bath remodels, additions, whole-home renovations, and pre-listing updates across Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland — with a licensed general contractor who is also a working realtor, so the scope is built around what actually raises your home's value.
Renovation services
Full-service general contracting across Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland — from a single-room remodel to a whole-home renovation.
Kitchen remodels
Cabinets, counters, layout changes, and full gut renovations — scoped against what buyers in your neighborhood actually pay for.
Bathroom renovations
Primary suites to powder rooms: tile, vanities, plumbing, and additions that add usable bathrooms where the resale value is.
Additions & whole-home
Bump-outs, second stories, basement finishes, and down-to-studs whole-home renovations, permitted and managed end to end.
Pre-listing updates
Paint, flooring, curb appeal, and targeted fixes scheduled against your listing date so the work is done before the photographer arrives.
Investor & rental rehabs
Fix-and-flip and rental turnovers scoped for return, not for perfection — priced fast so you can underwrite the deal before you buy.
New construction & builds
Ground-up homes and infill on land, from lot analysis through certificate of occupancy.

My own crew and vetted trades do the work, with one point of contact the whole way through.

We close out the punch list, pass final inspection, and hand you a finished space or a listing-ready home.
Why hire a contractor who is also a realtor
Most renovations are really about resale — what the work costs versus what it adds back when you sell or rent. Because the same person prices your remodel and your home, the scope is built around return, not just finishes. That means honest advice on what's worth doing, what to leave for the buyer, and how to time pre-listing work so it's finished before your home hits the market.
Renovation FAQs
Do you renovate homes you aren't also selling?
Yes. Plenty of clients hire the contracting side on its own — kitchens, baths, additions, and whole-home renovations with no listing attached.
Can you renovate a home before I sell it, and cover the cost at closing?
Often, yes. For pre-listing work we scope the updates that raise your sale price, schedule them against your listing date, and can frequently structure payment so it comes out of the proceeds at closing.
What areas do you cover for renovation work?
Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland — the same footprint as the real estate side, concentrated in Fairfax, Alexandria, Woodbridge, Springfield, Annandale, and the surrounding communities.
Are you actually licensed to do the construction, or do you subcontract it out?
Licensed general contractor in Virginia, with my own crew plus a network of vetted trades. One person is accountable for the whole job — not a referral to someone else.
