For buyers
Buy the house — and know what it costs to fix before you offer
Whether it's your first home or your fifth, I represent buyers across Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. Send me any listing and I'll walk it with you and tell you, in real numbers, what the repairs and updates actually cost — before you're under contract.
See past the finishes
Staging hides a lot. Because I'm a licensed contractor, I can tell on the walkthrough whether that 'cosmetic' fix is really structural, whether the addition was permitted, and what the roof, HVAC, and kitchen will cost you in year one.
Write a smarter offer
When you know the repair number going in, you can bid confidently on the homes other buyers are scared of — the dated ones with the most upside — and negotiate credits with a scope of work, not a guess.
Renovate after you close, in-house
Found a home that needs work? My crew can start the updates right after closing, so you move into a finished house instead of living in a project for a year.
Common questions
Do I pay you as a buyer?
Buyer representation and commission structures vary by transaction and recent rule changes. We'll go over exactly how it works — and what you would and wouldn't owe — before you sign anything.
Can you help me buy a fixer-upper?
That's the sweet spot. I can price the rehab before you offer, help you use renovation-friendly financing where it fits, and do the work after closing.
Send me a listing you're considering
Share any address on the market and I'll give you an honest read on the home and what it needs. No obligation, no pressure.
