What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you type in it — typically your name, email address, phone number, property address, and your message. We also use analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) that collect standard usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how you interacted with the page, using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

Form submissions are used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry about buying, selling, renovating, or investing in real estate. If you check the consent box on a form, we may follow up by phone, text, or email about that inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can opt out at any time by replying “stop” to a text or telling us by phone or email. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms (a form-delivery service) and handled per their privacy policy; analytics data is processed by Google and Microsoft per theirs.

Cookies

Analytics cookies can be blocked in your browser settings or with a content blocker without affecting your ability to use the site or contact us.
